    The Adventures of Sullivan

We just launched our first Kickstarter project, to hopefully crowdfund our first game, The Adventures of Sullivan.

Here's a link to it (also in signature)

Here's some gameplay for those curious:

So far, we've found the hardest part is promoting and marketing, like many others might have found.

We don't have a ton of social media, and a lot of the money we have to spend has gone into game development, hardware and software costs, trademark fees, website fees, music production etc. So we don't have a lot to put towards advertising our project, and the game itself.

Kickstarter itself has been easy to work with, and was our top choice among crowdfunding platforms. Right now we're looking into Google Ads, Reddit Ads, local advertising, and contacting game bloggers and youtube personalities.

Whether or not the Kickstarter succeeds, we will still continue to work on and release The Adventures of Sullivan, along with many more. One of our ideas for utilizing Kickstarter was advertising in general, as it is a free platform to use. If the project fails, at least a lot of people will have seen it and hopefully that will count for something. After a few days we have 250 video plays, 9 backers, 29 followers, and 1% funding.

We were also chosen as a "project we love" by Kickstarter on our 2nd day! Which was a great email to wake up to.
