    Email list fail

    by SebGM2018 » Sat Aug 25, 2018 6:41 pm

    Hi, I have a IndieGoGo Campaign ( https://igg.me/at/pazl/x/19227014)

but I'm almost sure that it will fail, no matter what money and time I inverted on it, people don't want to donate.
My last resource was to send an email to my backers mail list (1009+ backers), but, even with thousands of views, no one has donated (well, only 1 person). Should I wait or close my campaign?

Probably pull it and launch it on GoFndMe. Essentially from what I can see you are raising money to buy yourself a computer and software licenses,?

Hey I love the enthusiasm and drive to create an app and use a crowdfunding platform! However, put yourself in the consumers' shoes.

Why would someone donate their hard earned money to a simple app like this?

There's nothing unique or special about it.

My suggestion? Keep focusing on your craft, give it away for free, get feedback, improve, etc.
