70% of Kickstarter campaigns fail to hit goals.

80% fail on Indeigogo.

Why?

Crowdfunding owners can't drive enough traffic to their pages.

Most fail because most project are not good. Have you looked at all the live projects currently? Most don't have videos -- i think most people are not fully invested in the success of their project. They think it's a get rich quick scheme and kind of half heartedly throw up some campaign page and hope to get lucky.
