Has anyone run a campaign on Kickstarter (get funded) and then run one on Indiegogo there after? or vice versa? Curious to know if there are issues with this? Thanks.

I think because it's much easier to do on IndieGoGo if you outside usa

Our team felt that Indiegogo offered the best tools for kickoff, crowdfunding and after funding marketplace. Their fees were also slightly less.

We plan to launch in less than 2 weeks! I appreciate any support!

I was once briefly homeless, and my crowdfunding campaign asks for support to self-publish and distribute a HowTo book. The book guides eligible families to access $1,000s per person from the hundreds of thousands of nonprofit programs​ funded by billions of dollars donated each year.

I'm very curious about this as well. It would make a lot of sense, you could have your funding goal set really low since you've already hit your target on Kickstarter. Any new pledges would just be gravy.

Just by coincidence; a team member mentioned it and we gave it a try.

Do you think it is smart to make more then one crowdfunding profile?

It has a really good network for film campaigns!

I may have to consider using it.

A friend recommend us to give it a try! The platform works well for our campaign.

Im going to launch a project in near future and I'm researching which is the best for my campaign, It is a wristwatch and i have seen alot of succes on kickstarter on these type of campaigns - but again i really like the payment and money handling on indiegogo - I like the idea of all that hard work leading up to the campaign still is converted into money and can be used for production even if not hitting the goal - also indiegogo should have a good interface with easy start of campaign. Im thinking it's maybe possible to run camapign on both, with one type color/material on your favourite and maybe option on the other - just thinking
