Hello everyone.

Our Indiegogo campaign finished 6 weeks ago, but still the money we gathered has not been transferred to our Canadian bank account, albeit the fact that their support page claims a transfer within 15 days.

I communicated twice with Indiegogo, the first time after 4 weeks, they replied that our campaign still needed to be reviewed by their Trust & Safety team, I am still awaiting a response for the second email.

Are there other cases like ours, or are we the only one in this position?

Please post if and when you get your funds.

No funds as of yet, but we received an email saying that it was approved and will be transferred in their next transfer cycle, the campaign ended 7 weeks ago yesterday!
