have anyone work with backerclub before? i have less than 20 case studies so I cant come up with conclusions yet. please refer to me so I can take the average result and come up with the conclusions for backerclub.

I've always shied away from Backerclub but might give a go this time around

We are in the middle of the campaign on Kickstarter (Bellafit), and we are using Backerclub.
We definitively saw a peak of pledges the day after we started working with them, so it works.
It has slowed down now for few days already so I'm planning to talk to them and see if they can help to do more promotion.

What's the percentage of the backer amount that we need to pay? For the $379 do we pay only if we have a successful campaign

I have used BackberClub recently, indeed it has boosted a-little for my campaign @ Kickstarter. It's not a scam, it is a legit platform where they are super backers whom backed numerous projects.
Of course, the main difference is that as a backerclub members, they have extra privilege compared to usual backer. Thus, there is definitely higher chance for backerclub members to back your project since they have extra perks than usual backers have. These perks are set by the creator themselves, depends on how generous your perks are, your project will be gained more attraction in Backerclub. Hope it helps!
