Hi Folks,

Quick question; it's my 1st time using Kickstarter and when I SUBMIT ..an ERROR message comes up under "REWARDS".

I can't figure out what's wrong (I know the rules). + Kickstarter have not replied to my Support message in 3 days.

Any ideas how I can get KICKSTARTER's attention to address my question?

FYI, I shot a comedy film in Ireland, called HOLY ROGUES, about 2 Englishmen in London 1912. They pretend to be Irish priests to trick rich little-old-ladies out of their valuables. Things go horribly wrong.

Did you email + also try Twitter?

Yes I sent 2 Tweets & 2 messages via their help centre. But no one has come back - that's 3 days ago.

I have the exact same problem - I can't figure out to what "error" the system is referring.

One would think that if there was a machine detectable error in one of the rewards, (as opposed to a problem with the content) that the SAVE button would evaluate it and flag it for correction.

And/or that the error code would indicate a specific location - or at least which reward is causing the error.

I am flummoxed on how to identify and correct the error - can anyone help?
