Here are some ideas;

1. Its's not clear to me how you plan to spend the donors money
2. $10,000 to make plastic cup games seems alot
3. If your goal to sell direct .. .then outline a marketing budget by media
4. Get some customer testimonials on the video
5. Your target market is college stuents who play sports; find FB groups like them
