I hired this company 3 days before my campaign. I feel that they made a series of promises for services that they are not providing. I asked for simple stats or snapshots of the ads they say are running and they will not provide any proof that they have done anything. They sent me a list of groups that they posted my campaign to but my link only showed up on one facebook page. Many of the pages stated that they would not even post projects. I am feeling a bit shafted. Can anyone give me advice on how to proceed or should I just take the $500 loss?

i am sorry for being the one who break it to you. but move on. these scammers will not even bother to try and defend themselves. best move you can make now is take screenshots, and forward dispute case to paypal.

ugly truth. thats why i suggested people to take a look at my marketing strategies of 1 years 7 month compiled before deciding to proceed with anything

I agree once you launch a campaign, you will be swamped with emails that promote success to your campaign as long as you pay them.

I joined this form to spread awareness about the scams going on behind the scenes of kickstarters. My only hope is that some are spared the pain in misery I had to endure.

If you paid by credit card or paypal, i'm sure you would have a good case for a dispute

you have to keep appealing the case higher and higher to paypal. but what did you say that it was like $60 bucks you spent with them?

I guess if you make $5 per hour its worth all the time you've spend calling paypal, and posting here.

I got scammed by them in my first campaign. I do not recommend!
