Definitely the OttoLock. They put together a really neat looking bike lock, and will hopefully solve a problem that myself and other cyclists are constantly thinking of - getting their bike stolen! On the downside, now that I have pre ordered their lock, and even more paranoid about locking my bike with the crappy cable lock.

I have backed a cool project called Remix IO+ http://kck.st/2e4tb2z. The company that made them has launched 3 Kickstarter campaigns and all are a huge success. The previous 2 campaigns have raised more than $3 million on Kickstarter combined and the current campaign (http://kck.st/2e4tb2z) reached its funding goal of $250,000 within 9 hours. They have now raised more than $511,000 with 16 more days to go.

Remix IO is an Android Nougat-powered device, engineered to be a 4K TV set-top box, gaming console, and PC in one. It is available exclusive on Kickstarter for $99 while Remix IO+ (the much-improved version of Remix iO) is available for $129. With RK3399 chipset, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, USB3.0 and Gigabit Ethernet, you can simply have easily switch between PC and TV mode and make Remix IO+ a central media streaming device at home. You can watch Netflix / YouTube, play games, do work and multi-task all these. It's really worth the price as compared to its competitors such as NVIDIA TV Shield which costs a lot more at $199.

    Dope!

    Hello Kickstarter forum people,

The most interesting project I've funded was a project for a board game suited for the work environment.

While there are serious video games and simulations, very few board games are fit for the workplace which is a sad thing bc board games include a social variable that cannot be reproduced entirely in other mediums.

Here is the link to the kickstarter campaign I backed up : https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/17 ... escription

    Cheers,
    TheNodeTeam

I've based a number of cool things, but the most interesting is ILLUSIO - An Augmented Reality Virtual Mirror for breast surgery.
Truth be told, this project happens to be mine, but I would back it anyway.

It's really cool and it's already in plastic surgeon's offices being used to visualize breast augmentation on their patients.

Hope you check it out and join the fun:

Have backed too many awesome projects to dive into each and every one, but a project that I most recently backed was Rockit Logs by USMNT player Jay DeMerit. As a huge sports fan and USMNT follower and fan of Jay from his soccer career, it was really sweet to see his campaign come together and see an athlete pursue these types of projects post-career.

Love the innovative design and idea of repurposing the wood to create world class speakers. While I wish the Video focused more on the speakers design and look, I think these are the types of campaigns that are easy to rally behind--innovative, supports good causes, and founders with a great story.

I just backed a Bluetooth Tracking Device that allows you to find your keys, phone or anything else of value whilst being able to go both ways.
From the phone app to product and vice versa.
Think it is really cool and innovative. I know that their are projects out there that do similar things like Tile and TrackR but love that this product is by a startup in Scotland, don't see many coming from here.

I am the creator of this project, and I think it is quite unique and awesome. Toys to be passed down from generation to generation that everyone loves.

Enduro - Super high quality toy vehicles with amazing driving mechanics. Fully functioning steering and suspension, controlled by a finger or hand. Crafted with care from 100% sustainable materials and built to last for lifetimes. They just don't make them like this anymore.

-We are currently at day 2 and seem to have lost a lot of momentum, even though we've been chosen as a "project we love" by kickstarter. If you wouldn't mind checking the project out, I would really appreciate it!
