    Day Job?
I just graduated! So that means I'm working part time in social media/business strategy until I start my full time job in the fall.

    Passion Project?
I'm lucky. I get to dedicate a lot of time to my passion project. I'm working with a team to create a documentary centered around the idea of radical hospitality. In the face of the world's largest international refugee crisis since WW11, we asked "what can we do?"

We're opening our home in one of the world's most diverse cities. We want to see how food can bring people together to create open, genuine conversation.

For a day job I'm actually a tour guide for Sony Pictures, everyday I get to walk around a real working studio lot and see a lot of really cool stuff. As you can probably figure out because of my job my passion project is to direct films. It's not an easy field to get into, but I genuinely feel that should I ever get the opportunity, I have some unique ideas that could potentially make interesting films

During the day I'm a storyteller, chef, housekeeper, actress, teacher and nurse... so, y'know, a mom. I have three splendiferously cool kids, and am privileged to be a stay at home mom to them. It's pretty rad, even with all the mucus, obstinance, and catastrophic messes that result.

My passion project is writing. After years of putting it on the back burner I'm finally taking it seriously. Something about turning 30 is a real motivator to get sh*t done. I have some novels in the works, one of which I'm hoping to complete in the latter half of this year. The first half of the year was spent on a picture book, written to try and soothe a child's fear of the dark, about a shadow creature called the Darkling. It's currently on Kickstarter! You can check it out here: I Found a Darkling.

I'm hoping to start a vlog in the next couple of months as well, related to writing and the inherent challenges of being a parent and a creator simultaneously.

    Good to meet you all!

    -Geneva
Follow the friendship of a young child who meets a Darkling and sees the dark and shadowy parts of their shared world in a whole new light. Visit our Kickstarter and help this peaceful picture book come to life!

    What is your Day Job?
I actually took the entrepreneurial leap this year and have started my own company developing "tools for busy parents". I am working on things that will make parents lives easer and help them engage with their kids.

    What is my passion project?
My passion project is to build out that company. I am launching several innovative products in the coming months which is why I am looking at Kickstarter as a funding option for the ideas. We have a lot of fun with our products. You can see more at creativeqt.net

    Thanks for the post,
    Adam

Hi, I'm a product developer and invented a patent pending product to make soft furniture.
I've been doing this for the last 4 years and I am very passionate about the development.
To make my dreams come true and reach the full potential of my invention I just launched a Kickstarter campaign.

Hey, everyone. I am new to the page and thought this would be a great spot to introduce myself.

    What is your day job?
My name is Matt and I work in the publishing industry. My work sends me all over the US to work with clients and design book covers for their projects. I have been doing that for almost 10 years.

    What is your passion project?

Living right outside Nashville, I have always been near an ever-growing music scene. I mainly stay with the independent artists even though the pop punk and metal bands are outweighed by the country stars. My passion has always been designing merch. That is why I launched an independent apparel company 2 days ago.

    What is my day job
Day Job - I'm a computer programmer and 'Business Intelligence' specialist currently providing some consultancy for the RAC in the UK. Dull as it sounds, it can be fascinating work. I started programming when I was 7 and I've always just loved it. It's really a hobby that someone wants to pay me for, so I consider myself to be very lucky.

    What is my passion project
I'm going to go for two:
    1) My family of three lovely children (all boys) and my wonderful wife. They are my alpha to omega, apart from:
    2) Our family project of Standeazy, which is a credit card sized phone stand that my wife and I, along with my Dad have been working on as a 'hobby' project now for the last six years. I have often wanted to have my phone stand up, either to watch something, or have a Skype chat, take a photo, etc. and, prior to our project, I have never had a stand with me as they ones that I had bought were always a little too bulky to just keep in my pocket and so I'd end up leaning the phone against a glass or a mug or something and it would often slide down. My Dad and I designed over many iterations a credit card sized stand which we produce and now sell. It's on it's third iteration with the fourth iteration now the subject of our Kickstarter campaign. Who knows if we'll be successful as we've never attempted anything like this before, but it's all a learning experience and good fun.
Please support our credit card sized, aluminium phone and device stand campaign on Kickstarter

Full time Schizophrenic. Amateur Lyricist. New to entrepreneurship!

My Project is to change the world by small degrees in any way I can design a solution for, currently it's creative arts and independent artists!"

I'm making a platform for them that is going to change the way Art of many forms is made, and how it's experienced!

Ok, yeah sounds like a big project, but the cost is low'ish and the design is fully complete! Just need to implement it now!
