The most interesting project I've backed so far is the conspiracy card game. I love conspiracy theories and can't wait to play it.

It's not necessarily the most interesting or groundbreaking project, but I came across Ruggie, an alarm clock shaped like a small rug that you need to get up and stand on to turn off. I'm personally not much of a morning person and have been trying to get into a better routine and I thought this could be a funny and pretty effective way to drag my ass out of bed :)

I would like to highlight a project that has only 10 more days to go, but hit me as sensationally ambitious and fascinating - especially for people who love books, like me. The project is "The New Walden", I recommend checking it out. Although I'm afraid it might be a little TOO ambitious because it aims at raising $104.000. Tom

I have backed several tech projects and really interested in innovative technologies. I'm working on world's first and smallest Global Tracker that will allow you to track ANYONE ANYWHERE ANYTIME. We are in development phase and will be launching a Kickstarter soon!

There are several other tracking devices that use either Bluetooth only that has a limited coverage of 100-200 feet or they use GPS only with local cellular providers that again provide limited coverage, no indoor tracking and hefty monthly fee. Please visit our webpage for more details on the device.

It's amazing how crowdfunding is bringing more media attention to innovative technology. Really hope this keeps up. I'm also SUPER excited for Title III of the jobs act and how that will impact technological innovation.

    The Aqualex Bottle

We love this project. It makes me want to drink more water, which is a good thing! Say goodbye to neurotoxins and carcinogens for good. The Aqualex bottle is a dual cap, toxin free, fruit infused glass water bottle that uses a fruit infuser rod to skewer juicy hunks and add delicious fruit flavor to your water.

I started at Kicktarter with Formlabs 3d printer in 2012 . It was exciting to have it be successful. I sponsored some other fun little products like Bunch of Balloons, and a 3D pen, but my favorite was being able to support last years Chicago Fire Festival. It was a great event that I will never forget, and so happy I was able to contribute to having it happen.

I mostly back tech Kickstarter projects (some card games). But the recent one I backed was Active8 at http://kck.st/1prhaaz. I'm in the market to buy a fitness tracker (wearable) and came a cross a TechCrunch article about this Kickstarter project.

it's like iPod shuffle + Bluetooth + Fitbit + Bluetooth headphone

    The reason I like it:
1- IT LOOKS VERY COOL: as a child I always played with slap-on rulers!! now there guys have created a slap-on wearble. I REALLY LIKE THAT.

2- HEADSET CORD: I personally go for joggs and the headset cord bugs me although I put it under my shirt! when I do abs the headset pops out.

3- BULKY PHONE: This is funny but I used to carry my phone in my old shorts because they had pockets. The new short I bought has not so deep of pockets and so my phone keeps falling out and I have cracked my phone running!

4- FITNESS TRACKER: I was in the market to buy a fitbit as an activity tracker and now I see same device with a cooler form factor (even thinner) for the same price PLUS a headset!!!! (I'll give the headset to my girl as gift ;) )

5- SHARE MUSIC: I was shocked to see I can wirelessly listen to the SAME music with my friend! I typically workout and jogg with friends and now we can listen to the same music while jogging.

It's weird but it was like these guys had done their research pretty well before making something that I would actually buy at an affordable price point.

Last project I backed was OCULUS.
