Good to know. I contacted them and they did not want to consult on my campaign. Not sure why. If you have info on other potential scams please post it

My question does not have to do directly with Agency 20 but it seems the ones of you who have posted here may be able to give some advice.

Do you have any good recommendations on companies to help with marketing that are legitimate and trustworthy?

We have just launched our first Kickstarter campaign (a strategy based board game) and have received several messages from people who are offering to help market our campaign. However, we don’t want to get ripped off.

    Hi JoeBob Games :)

It really depends on what you need the marketing company to help you with. What I can say is most will offer you a whole range of services, but remember you shouldn't be wasting money. Don't pay for anything you can already do for yourself.

I know of a few companies who do an excellent job with campaign marketing, but again; it really depends on what you need, and how much you have to spend.

If you would like some assistance with choosing a crowdfunding marketing company, or would like to hear more about the services my team has to offer, please send me a PM or contact Backertree via the details below.

    Best of luck mate :)

    Kind Regards,

    Team Backertree!

I think a PR firm that is doing it right should front all the money for their ads themselves and only invoice upon proof of success from their work. Not sure how Agency 2.0 does it, but I know some of the firms out there do it like that (Funded Today for example).

Are you working with funded today now? I see that your post had fnd.to in it, which is the link they use. Thats so weird because you seem to post all the time about them. Hmm....

As per now, I sincerely have good feedbacks from TheGadgetFlow. But of course there is many more available for example Agency 2.0 with lots and lots of pending scam case.

Another one I might suggest fnd.to. Fundable make sure you get funded with their own backers club but it costs you 30% which is...too high. On second thought avoid that too. If you need to waste 30% for marketing which means you already lose almost 40% of collected funds, it is not a good business since you wont be able to manufacture your product after all.

    just my 2cents.
no live campaign yet, im gearing up for a big 2018

Agency 2.0 does marketing though - so I don't think you could blame them for the project creator failing to deliver rewards. I mean, that's like common sense lol. But I guess some of us have more of that than others

Kreyos20 wrote:Hi, I saw that Agency 2.0 did work with Kreyos and a lot of people lost money (i think well over a million).

I have seen their other campaigns on Indiegogo and the project owners seem to think it was a mistake to go with them. Again this is from large companies, my question is would a small company such as mine benefit from their coverage?

I would love to hear someone tell me they are not con-artists but everyone seems to think they are.

Please help, giving them $9,000 is a lot for our company at this stage.

Looks like they are a scam based on what this forum says, but you can't be certain I say.
