I've written alot to you about your campaign, with little reward or replies.

I'll correct the first line for you, anyone want to take on the rest?:

1. If you make a pledge that contains customizations (name,pictures, images, nickname, brand name, etc.,) we will use
it for commercial purposes. By giving your pledge, you give us the copyright authorization to use in any communications for the KickBackerZ game.

Your site says upcoming...as in not active yet?
