Regarding best day/time, most of these companies are based in the States so you should choose a time around lunch perhaps/early afternoon? Regarding days, I'm guessing most are offline for the weekend, so discounting the weekend and say Monday (and maybe Friday) you've narrowed down specific days/times to target these sites.http://www.giftsandcoupons.com/submit - Get more exposure of your Kickstarter / Indiegogo Project
