Go Spot Me! - Save your location to your mobile device (KS)

One summer day, my family and I went to a local fair. The main parking lot was full, so we had to park a few blocks away. I used my phone to help to get directions to the fair, but I couldn't find a quick and easy way to have it remember where I parked. Needless to say, we couldn't find the car when we left the fair a few hours later. Luckily, we maneuvered around familiar land marks to find our car, but not before wasting about a half hour walking in circles.

Suddenly, at that moment, I came up with Go Spot Me!

My goal has been to design and create a simple web application that will allow anyone to save where you are at the tap of a button. You can then use the same application to give you directions to any previously saved spot. Furthermore, you can also share your spot with other people via text message, e-mail, or other social media, (such as Facebook and Twitter).

If you haven't noticed already, you can visit the website now and it is functional. However it really isn't ready for prime time as I am hosting everything locally from my home and I don't have the necessary resources to acquire servers and bandwidth.

Interesting concept. Have you considered launching this on an app crowdfunding platform (I included a few after this sentence): http://www.crowdcrux.com/crowdfunding-p ... -for-apps/

Why do you need 10k to make it if you are a developer? Personally, I feel like this would be a better native app than browser app.
