Kickstarter failed

Like a lot of the people here, I use Indiegogo because Kickstarter is not available in my country. To be honest, I would prefer to use Kickstarter because it draws a larger crowd.

We used IGG in order to launch our project "SOCCER CITY", a strategy football board game, but generally Backers are reticent to support board games there because don't like the paying format, among other things...

Give it any day, everyone prefer Kickstarter over Indiegogo. Dont lie to yourself.

The only reason you choose to use indiegogo will be due to country limitation rules by Kickastarter.

Thats all. No more, no less. The surroundings and interface by Indiegogo might be better, but what really matters in managing a crowdfunding campaign is to attract the crowd and get funded. Which, Kickstarter do better in terms of pledge security and crowd size.

Lets say you need at least 10% from the crowd to pay attention on your project :

10% of 500k users beat 10% of 250k users anyday.

The higher the crowd size is, the higher chance you'll get funded. Of course among many other different reasons, crowd size of a certain cf platform plays important roles too.
