"From Fat to Fit & Everywhere in Between"

    by ChrisArndt » Tue Mar 03, 2015 12:42 am

Hey everyone! My name is Chris, and my Kickstarter project is to write a book that will allow me to share my weight loss journey, and provide people with realistic means to lose weight and keep it off. At 18, and 310lbs, my life was in turmoil and I needed to make serious changes, my life literally was on the line. In just a few years I was able to knock off the weight, one pound at a time.

I want to share all that I have learned, the ups and the downs, the positives and the struggles that come with embarking on a weight loss journey, because it truly is just that. Sharing my experience and inspiring others is a huge part of what keeps me motivated today.

I am open to all form of communication and criticism. If you can help, or know someone who can, I am always available! We make our dreams come true by helping one another, and if you can help me with mine, it would be my pleasure to do the same for you. (link to my Kickstarter page is in the signature below!)

    -Chris

My goal is to help all those who struggle with obesity turn their lives around the same way I have

I would talk about more of where you are with the book in the campaign text. People will want to see what kind of progress you've made. I've found Kickstarter to be better for projects that already have some kind of start or the creators needs to funds to help with the design of a cover that already has a completed book.
