I'm handling the marketing aspect of the campaign... and although we don't officially launch until March 1st.... the social media component is pretty labor intensive... 20-30 hours a week at least.

I probably spend easily at least fifteen to twenty hours or more a week on the project--which considering I'm working four jobs and going to school for my MFA, ain't all that bad I think.

I'm working with my boss on a kid's book (he's the writer, I'm do the art), and for about 6 months last year, I spent nearly all my week ends drawing the 31 pages of the book!
Coloring the artwork on Photoshop definitely takes a long time, but it's worth it when you're done and you can show it off, and say "yup, I drew that!"

Working on an indie game, Orphan. However working on the kickstarter campaign hogs up all the time I should be working on the game. Can't wait til the next 30 days are over!

This is my first Kickstarter project, and between shooting the video, writing everything that appears on the site, gathering artwork and all the research I've done on Kickstarter, I'd say for the last five weeks I've worked 30-40 hours a week putting it all together. Hopefully my effort is reflected on the page!

Our team spent 10 plus hours on most days and never did a day go buy that we didn't spend atleast 6 hours working on our prototyping testing and design design design. our site just went up on Kickstarter this morning / mid afternoon and a lot of man hours went into! We're currently sitting two of a three man team working (almost) full time on our game. The third guy is working at another full time job, so he mostly spends a few evenings a week...
The plan is to go full time for all us in the near future...

I've launched my first project 3 days ago and have been spending about 2 hours a day. We started out great at 25% day 1, but slowed greatly day 3

My Kickstarter started yesterday and I've been online pretty much since then
