Hang in there man! We thankfully reached our Kickstarter goal in only a few days. It's all about the social media outlets. Kickstarter doesn't do the advertising for it, that part is up to you. It's all about finding all the forums you can that could be related to your product. Making accounts on different websites and try to promote your product any way you can think of. Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Yahoo!, anything you can think of. Just get out there and start advertising.

I think reaching 20% on day 2 of 31 is a huge accomplishment. Great job!

Thanks updog, we started our prelaunch campaign almost 3 months in advance. Have been really active on twitter. Our intention was to form a community and with their support launch a successful Kickstarter campaign. But it didn't work the way we planned and didn't get much support from them. Anyway I saw your campaign and you are making progress. Good job.

CUrrently going through this now (coming on the 3rd day and only 1,900 of 8,500), but also want to second the kicktraq. They "predict" we'll surpass $20k, which is highly unlikely... That said, you never know!

Actually I consider that to be good- my two projects got no response.
