I just launched my first project too, so far I only have 2 backers, how did you start out getting so many backer so early?

Thus far most of my backers are family and friends. I've learned that asking directly for people to pledge and following up is the best way to go. That's just my personal experience. Hope that helps.

what do you mean they suport it but dont back it? Either they fund you or they don't. Anyone else is probably not going to back you.

Give friends/family options though. Allowing/asking them to share the campaign is often more effective than asking to back it cause it might not apply to them.
