For one night only, the festival will screen a selection of documentaries, animated shorts and experiential films curated by Kickstarter. Tickets are free and no RSVPs are necessary.
"The thousands of films that have found support on Kickstarter are wonderfully diverse and different. The film fest is a chance to reflect that great diversity, by showing all kinds of films, and to celebrate the limitless power of creativity. It's also a chance to give some little films a big audience -- thousands of people have attended in years past and we expect an even bigger crowd this summer. There's a huge and growing community of people who appreciate independent films, and Kickstarter is proud to be a part of that world." said Michael McGregor, VP of Communications, Kickstarter
