Hi Everyone! I am not sure if any of you were victims of Billetus but if you were, we have your back! I am going to paste the update from our kickstarter below. We really feel for all the backers so if you backed Billetus and did not recieve your product we will send you one of ours free. We have been reaching out to backers on twitter etc.

Were not sure if any of you backed Billetus but if you did we want to do something extra for you. We learned about the Billetus Kickstarter yesterday from our Expoxy supplier. Since we are both in San Diego and work in Carbon Fiber chances of us knowing the same suppliers are high. Our epoxy vendor was one of the backers who never recieved his order. We were really surprised to hear about this because we see Billetus products being sold on Amazon and other places not too mention the money they pump into advertising on social media and other platforms. So we looked up the kickstarter by Billetus and sure enough there it was. Reading the comments by the backers was heart wrenching and we are not the most sensitive group of people. We were devasted for the backers to the point we reached out to a few of them and offered a free one of ours (one guy who backed the Billetus campaign bought it for a dying relative, who passed away/another guy said the experience ruined crowdfunding for him). Quickly our feelings of sadness for the backers was overshadowed by anger and disgust for Billetus after reading his BS excuses. Just to be clear carbon fiber doesnt need cold storage lol it doesnt turn to gel with heat and definietly not with weather. We know better than anyone the costs of manufacturing Carbon Fiber including product development. There is no excuse for those orders to have not been filled because to manufacture those products is not very expensive. Now lets move over to the machinery excuses as well as the laser engraver although we have never met Dennis we have had to clean up after him at Maker Place more than once after using a machine he used prior to us. Yes we have our own CNC Etc but we use the machinery at Maker Place for prototypes if our machines are being used in production. So in theory if a machine went down why wouldnt Billetus just go to Maker Place? They have a lot of equipment including Laser Engravers (not just 1 there are 4). We're attaching a list of equipment for Maker Place at the bottom. The most important thing to us is our customers and the quality of the product we produce. Our Kickstarter 2.0 is the only way we can offer a products at below Msrp due to agreements with our retailers with the holidays coming we wanted to show our appreciation for all our customers who have helped us grow. Our process as well as our quality is solid and your products will be shipped the first week of December. If you were victimized by Billetus we want to restore your faith in Carbon Fiber Accessories so send us a message and we are going to upgrade your order. We truly do hope Billetus does the right thing for their backers, Thank you guys so much for backing us, we will always respect/appreciate you spending your money on our labor of love.
