Real estate is really a good field to invest in my opinion. Especially if you choose nice property in a good location where in 3-5 years prices can rise and you can sell it with a better price than you bought it. I know that for example these property in Greece for sale are good way to invest. A lot of Chinese people are buying there like crazy because of Golden visa programme.
