Make sure you have a good mic, record on camera (shotgun mic) and use an with an omni directional don't forget to clap, so you can match up the extra vocals with the speaker if needed. Getting the sound right if you have never filmed or edited film before is hard, there are somethings even a good sound engineer can't fix. Worst thing is to film a ton of footage and not be able to use it because sound quality is too poor or echoes.
