Crowdfunding Attorney Mark Roderick on Equity Crowdfunding

    by Cristina » Thu Apr 04, 2019 2:11 pm

    Interested in equity crowdfunding?

What about understanding how to raise money from the crowd?

In today’s podcast episode, I spoke with the crowdfunding attorney, Mark Roderick. He did a complete brain dump on all of the regulations impacting raising funds online.

You’ll discover how crowdfunding regulations differ, how to do an online securities offering, and what makes a successful campaign.

My goal is to bring you accurate and quality information so that you can go out there and raise money from the crowd, be it for real estate or a new business venture.

I hope that you enjoy this episode and that you get a lot out of it!

Hey, sorry for the later reply. Great article! Does anyone know something new about this guy? I guess that now he has more experience. You know I've noticed that now a lot of people are looking for lawyers' help. Is it because people don't want to learn elementary things or they have such complicated problems. I have a friend who really supported some complications at the hospital and needed lawyers' help. Because of the doctors' mistake, he was about to lose his leg. That is why he found this https://www.rflaw.net/practice-areas/personal-injury/medical-malpractice/ site and asked the lawyers for help. The hospital paid a big compensation and now his treatment is for free.
