Nice. I like that it gives people a simple call to action.
We've been using Hootsuite to try and engage and track. It's been pretty good so far. -

I've used click to tweet in the past and think it's especially helpful if you are highlighting a quote or promotional message. Would also recommend including your handle so you can tell more easily when it's tweeted out.
