Anyone here use Krowdster and actually manage to talk to a real human? Or at the very least, receive the product or services they paid for?

I sent them several messages on their website chat feature and have received nothing back after two days. I have sent them an email - no response. I have called them probably a dozen times - they automatically send you to an answering machine. No chance of connecting with a real human.

I paid for Facebook Custom Audiences and was charged three times. Despite being charged (multiple times), there are no audiences showing up on my Dashboard where they should be and there is no one from Kowdster who can offer me support.

I remember reading another comment about the terrible customer service from Krowdster. I wish I had listened. Are they a scam?
