There’s nothing worse than misinformation.

I hate it when people throw around technical jargon to appear like an “expert.”

This is one of the reasons I wrote the book Real Estate Crowdfunding Explained (available on Amazon).

I wanted to demystify this topic for you.

Same here! It's silly of them to throw around these jargons and try to impress! If you're an expert, you'll understand straight away that they're just not informed and know nothing. And, thanks for the video! They helped me sell my house like three years ago, and they were super professional. My brother has recently got in touch with one of their crowdfunding consultants, and he said he couldn't get better advice anywhere. I hope this will be helpful to some of you!
