I think traffic is such a huge thing! We just started our kickstarter video and got staff pick.. but are having a hard time driving traffic to our video... I feel like we are on social media all day!!

Haven't launched yet, but it has shown me that you really have to be a master of organization and scheduling.

We just started yesterday and we feel like we've gathered an immense amount of information. Mostly that we needed a much bigger email list to get started and that traffic and eyeballs are key. We're also slightly concerned that our price point is a bit too high because our conversion rate is somewhat low compared to the standards we've found online.

Inter-connect all of your campaign sites, Don't stick with just one site for gathering backers. Also get a frequent moderator btw We're a gaming company that has a kickstarter campaign. Just take a look guys
