There are a few things I could give you some advice on.

Ideally you want to start the campaign with some funding from family or friends, this will show other viewers that some people already want to help your cause.

You mention that you are a programmer. You should give examples of something that you have worked on. If your work is impressive that will drive a lot of people to help your cause. Even a short layman's "how to" video" would be good content.

I worked as an ESL instructor when I was in college, so I understand the language gap problem that you face. I think to inspire people to help you, you could show them that you are working hard to better your English and prepare yourself.

If you can demonstrate to viewers that you are really passionate about this cause and trying to make it a reality, they will help you. A short video series or blog that covers some of your efforts would be a great start.
