Hello,

I wanted to know what do people who want to launch a project do:
Do they come up with an idea, and then begin to work on it before they launch the campaign? Or first they get the general idea, and only if they get enough funding they start designing, drawing, etc.

Also, if I want to share my idea before I launch it, just to check if it will gain enough interest, what am I supposed to do in order to protect my idea from being stolen? What do they usually do?
