Is it more usual to
1) have 'free shipping', and have a correspondingly higher amount required to pledge
2) have shipping included in the pledge amount (basically the same as option 1, but not described as 'free shipping').
3) tell people that they will have to pay extra for shipping depending on their location, and you'll contact them re this after the campaign.
