KS Campaign duration - 30 or 60 days?

    As a general recommendation, I would suggest a 25-35 day duration for Kickstarter crowdfunding campaigns. There are resources online for more information on best day, time of day, and time of year to launch, etc. but none of that is recently important unless you have done enough prelaunch marketing and you have a solid campaign page.

    As hyperstarter and backertree mentioned, there are many factors affecting a campaign's chance of success. The success rates I cited for 30 day (35%) versus 60 day (29%) are given all other factors being the same. So it is important to optimize all campaign aspects holistically.
