Kickstarter blocks us from new projects. No way to contact..

    Hi,
We have a problem with Kickstarter. We have successfully used it before to get some support for our first virtual reality treadmill - https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ka ... =user_menu
Project has been successfully covered, we have delivered all the rewards to our backers and closed the topic.

Some time ago we tried to start a new project as we've started development of a new version of our treadmills. Suddenly, kickstarter just declined our new project giving us some vague answers like "it looks like your prior project has not yet fulfilled to completion.". Since that is not true, we kept trying to contact them to get some answers.
Finally they've shared some information with us a few weeks ago

"We are able to see that you've run projects on other accounts for "Cabin - The Easiest Way to Recharge your iPhone" and "STARY – The Lightest and Most Affordable Electric Skateboard." Backers are still waiting on their rewards for both of these campaigns, which is why we have been unable to approve the VR Treadmill project."

You could imagine our confusion when we've read that before we start a new project we first need to deliver awards to backers of projects that are not only not our but we have never even heard about them..............
It remains a mystery to us why did they link these projects to us - Different accounts, different companies, different industries. The only thing we have in common is that we're from China (but not even from the same province).

Since then, we've been trying and trying to contact them and get some answers to clear out that misunderstanding but they started ignoring e-mails from us and don't reply to new tickets. What's more they suddenly changed the status of our new project from "in review" (it was stucked this way since march) to "Declined".

Did any of you have a similar problem at kickstarter? Is there any other way to contact them? They completely ignore us
