I'm afraid the answer to this is going to be NO. But I just wanted to ask, in case someone knows a workaround.

I'd like to make hyperlinks to the sections in my Kickstarter project page. In particular, I'm writing an update where I refer to two sections in the project page. If I could put a hyperlink in the update text to these two sections it would be more likely that readers re-check the sections in the project page.

Hmm... I don't think there is a way to do that unless you were able to alter the HTML, which Kickstarter doesn't let you do.
