We're still 60 days from launching our campaign and I would say we've been working on the strategy and tactical plan for 3-4 months. As we are getting closer to the launch date the concentration of time is increasing. So maybe the better question would be "How Many Hours did it take to prepare for your CF launch?"
As we get closer to our actual date the time will go from a few hours a week to several hours a day or more. And that could be for the next 60 to 75 days. We will likely spend as much time in our pre-funding campaign - press, twitter, facebook, personal reach out, etc. - as we will during the campaign. Once our campaign is open I expect a steady 2-3 hours per day of solid work. New posts in all social channels, answering specific emails, keeping key stakeholders in-the-loop will all require time.
