I recently did an interview with Max from BackerKit, a company that helps kickstarter and indiegogo project creators fulfill their rewards (will paste it below) and he suggested that projects that have more than 200 backers should consider a software solution to help with fulfillment.
I'm curious to learn more about other problems that creators anticipate to have surrounding reward fulfillment. A big problem I've heard from other creators is that projects often times get 80% of their survey responses in the first week after ending, but then it's an endless trickle of survey responses at the last minute, that sometimes extends on for months.
