Okay so there are a lot of questions I see. I can address one or two.
My project is electronic gadget. Hi tech.
I know I can't make it in my city, maybe in country too.
There are no gadget manufacturers.
You have a few funding options.
1. Friends and family. They could invest, give you a loan, or give it to you.
2. Angel investor(s).
3. Your customers pre-ordering the gadget via Kickstarter
4. Getting a loan.
If you're going the Kickstarter route, you absolutely need to have your manufacturing and shipping plan down before launching the campaign. You have to find out how to make it most effectively, where to make it, etc. It's a research process. I think that this comes after your physical prototype.
This way, when you do raise money on Kickstarter, you'll be able to make good on your promises. People will be expecting the gadget in the mail.
