Has anyone converted Tumblr followers to backers?

    by karatewolfpunk » Mon Feb 05, 2018 4:56 am

I've noticed that my project is very popular on Tumblr with a lot of likes and reblogs. However, that isn't converting into many signups or pledges. For those of you who have used Tumblr to help with your campaign, how have you connected with followers (and others who are interested) to get them to back your project?

I'm specifically looking for people who are familiar with Tumblr.

interested audience are interested buyers, regardless of the social medium.

Everyone who owned a tumblr account most prolly have fb/ig/twitter account too.

if you are talking only about going viral on tumblr, its not enough i guess.

You're going to want to transition these tumblr followers onto an email list, and the notify them of the campaign that way.

You don't want to just link them to the Kickstarter. Many won't convert.

I remember when tumbler was super popular for a while. Then Facebook only appeared, and they were on the same level. But now that more and more social media are occurring, you can't even understand which one is more popular. I became more and more popular on tik tok because I decided to buy some followers on TikFreeFollowers Social Media Services. Although I already had some videos, I couldn't find them on the for you page because it seemed that it wasn't as attractive as they looked like in others, but I still managed to reach a certain level.
