    Gadget Flow is awesome!
I reach out to them every time we have a new product launch. We have a direct contact there (I think that's standard) so they're always super helpful and timely, which is exactly what you need during a product launch. I wouldn't go back every time if I wasn't getting results. Recommended.
Here's a post they did on us that worked really well: https://thegadgetflow.com/portfolio/sea ... l-watches/

This is the third time I've used GadgetFlow, always their standard plan. My first campaign was for CYCLYK smartphone mount on Kickstarter, then CORKY rear-view mirror on Indiegogo and currently for our second generation of CORKY on Kickstarter and the only thing I can tell you is that they're a the real thing, the ones you really need to help you out, they have a direct contact on their chat 24/7 nothing better to make you feel supported, they always have a solution for you and they won't hesitate to go the extra mille in order to help you have a successful project.

They will give you access to a Dashboard where you can track all clicks, revenues etc.. of your add.
Their daily newsletter are very powerful you'll see results instantly, trust me

We'll definitely use their services again for our next product. Gadgetflow = Guarantee

I wanted to post my own opinion year since it differed to others and it's always good to hear both sides. Especially when you see a post that says "Gadgetflow = Guarantee".

I just finished my first Kickstarter project and was successfully funded at 300%. I used both Gadgetflow and Backerclub. The first thing I would say for both of these is that if your project isn't selling, don't expect results from Gadgetflow or Backerclub. They are not a "guarantee", they simply provide more visibility to your product. So if your campaign is failing, it might not be worth throwing money at either. You should seriously evaluate your project first.

Second, between Gadgetflow and Backerclub (from my personal experience) I wouldn't necessarily use either again, unless I had a project that more closely aligned with their feeds, but with that said I saw much more success with Backerclub. And on top of that, they were a lot easier to work with.

Gadgetflow's team simply seemed inexperienced in terms of providing service, following up, and making updates. While the dashboard is nice to have, I also question it's numbers. One, because they use fake numbers elsewhere e.g. their facebook posts for your project, which is smart, because it provides more credibility to your project, but also deceiving if you make your purchase off of seeing the number of "likes" that their products get on Facebook. They're fake likes. And two, because the dashboard claims to have sent 546 people to my project, but my entire campaign only had 389 video plays. Is this possible? Absolutely. But when compared to the traffic from Backerclub, facebook ads, friend and family, it seems more unlikely. With that said, I can't prove it, so take it with a grain of salt.

Again, this is just my experience. I would say evaluate your product, make sure it aligns with their typical products and be honest with yourself if your product is selling or not before using these services. I hope this information helps some other first time Kickstarter participants.

    Thank you for your feedback.

Here at Gadget Flow we go through product submissions in order to make sure that they fit with our guidelines and our audience.

Regarding Facebook we use ads for every single post we do as the organic reach is close to 0% these days, we've never used fake likes as it's not in our best interest. Happy to provide screenshots of our Facebook ads for your campaign, just send us a quick email at support@thegadgetflow.com

As for the clicks we track everything on a first click basis and we show you the total clicks on your dashboard which means that you will definitely see a lower number from your side as you are seeing the unique number of people that clicked on your product. On another note Kickstarter doesn't track or trigger Google Analytics for mobile app visits which means that if we sent you a customer through our email or app and they open the link on their device that has the official KS app installed, you won't see that visitor on your analytics but we'll be able to track him before he reaches the app. You can find more information for this here. https://www.kickstarter.com/help/faq/cr ... #faq_63075

I'll have someone from our management team reach out regarding your experience with Gadget Flow as we take feedback very seriously. Have a great day.

For us Gadget Flow is always the best in terms of value for money, we have launched our second campaign and used them again. They always outperform our expectations, for us is quite a must to be featured by them. Also very nice people to work with which we think is very important.
    oh this is our campaign:

    Hope this helped!

    Hello everyone!

I wanted to share my experience with Gadget flow since we just purchased the Platinum package (highest one) and are a week into it, here it goes:

We first had our product, the HoverCharge, on Kickstarter, only for 2 weeks (rookie mistake) and all the traffic came from Kickstarter. We had a conversion rate of around 20%, based on the people that played the video. The dashboard showed us that 6,200 people hit play on the video, 22.5% finished it (1,395) and we ended up with 1,185 backers. The creator of the Travel Jacket reached out to us and told us that rate is amazing. I think that came down to the video (we worked really hard on it). We raised $40k+ in 14 days, while making all the rookie mistakes.

No facebook ads, no email list, no preparation before launch, a short campaign, we did however do a little cross promotion here and there which gave us a great boost. Realizing we have a great product and an awesome conversion rate, instead of going straight to inDemand, we started a fresh Indiegogo campaign, 60-days this time.

22-days into this campaign, we are at $17k+. Few hundred spent on facebook ads, instagram ads. There was a great boost when we first launched, but the momentum died out. This is when Gadget flow reached out to us, and we decided to opt-in for their highest package, the platinum. We will post live results of all their promotions here:

It's been 6 days since they started promoting us, and so far we have only seen $554 in pledges (13 backers) & 572 visitors. This info is from the custom link we provided them with and is displayed in the Indiegogo dash.

There dash differentiates and states that they have sent over close to 4,000 visitors, which may be a glitch since total visits on our campaign are at 7,359, (most of these during the beginning of our campaign) and that number has only increased around 2,000 since we joined Gadget flow, and 65% of our funds and visitors are still coming from Indiegogo. I will continue to post updates throughout this process.

    Thanks for reading :)

Thanks for your feedback! Happy to help.

Our dashboard displays the total clicks we've sent you and we track everything on a first-click basis. Please keep in mind that Indiegogo doesn't trigger Google Analytics on their app which means that while we track app sessions from our side since the tracking happens before they open the app you won't see that number grow on your GA.

    Hope that helps!
