I messaged all of my Facebook friends through GreenInbox (great service btw... very high ROI) and was surprised to find out that a good number of my friends are running their own crowdfunding campaigns at the same time as we are!

They all shared, and some of them backed my campaign, and of course asked me to share theirs, which I did.

Looking back, this made me wonder though... Is it a good idea to promote other crowdfunding campaigns when you're running your own? Is it possible that part of your community will back the other project and won't have the budget to back yours too?
