Few comments: (always take my advice with a grain of salt - there are no experts in this space as it's very new).
For anyone else thinking of launching a Kickstarter, I would recommend not adding "marketing" to the budget.
1. You don't need marketing money in order to get the project made. Having a lower goal = greater chance of success.
2. For early stage projects, getting a good product-market fit with small user groups is more important than scaling up and marketing the hell out of it. You only do that when you know you have product-market fit. Good article on this:

How do you usually market iOS games (see that you've done a few)?
How do people find out about new iOS games? Do they hear about them on a blog and then look it up in the app store, or are they usually browsing the app store and yours looks interesting?
