If I am seeking a Kickstarter veteran who has the necessary skills to execute the concept as well as market it, how do I go about that?

Requirements

:Advanced programming for web application, integrated offline application and databasing, security and stability vital.
:Kickstarter experience, 1 successful campaign, or currently funded and continuing campaign.
:Ability to work with an Australian
:Acceptance that they are not receiving controlling share.

The role would be more managerial than hands on depending on how high the campaign goes. I'm asking for enough to BUILD it, but hopefully it goes high enough to have it BUILT.

I do have contacts I can get to do this myself, but I think for this particular campaign it would be more beneficial and stable to seek a partner or a series of smaller share partners.

If the above requirements is asking too much from one person the combined efforts of multiple people could fill the end result.

This ones a GOER guys. Help me out. I'm new to this, but I'm ready for it.

Plus you're looking for a partner but they don't get a controlling share? Could you provide a bit more info, as at the moment it seems like you're asking for someone's technical involvement but with little benefits...

You're right. That is exactly what I'm asking for. The skills to handle the technicalities are common place, and the skills to manage a successful crowd funding campaign, tho less common, are far more common than the IP.

I won't part with control of the IP. Not at all. It's simply too good.

I know that sounds like everyone with an idea, but I have thousands of ideas and I only take the best ones forward. So while it sounds like it's asking a lot from one person, as I mentioned it might be better to seek 2-3 people who together match the requirements.

I'm willing to work with people, but not for people. It's how I am. I love a team environment, but I'm not about to hand someone the goose that laid the golden egg, and then be their employee too.

I think this is an interesting discussion...good luck in finding someone like that!

your asking for too much for less return for the worker. I don't think you'll find someone like that.
