So my campaign is ending shortly and wanted to get some tips on what to do just before it ends and immediately after?

I read somewhere that you should update your Story Page with a link to your site before it ends otherwise KS does not allow changes once project is complete.

Any others?

You could consider updating your video/thumbnail. I would change the focus from funding to email capture on your website.
