    Building Momentum?

    by Ryan_Rist » Wed Jun 04, 2014 7:22 pm

My project had a great start, and like other projects has lost some momentum leading into the fourth day.

This is my first project and I was looking for any advice about building on the early momentum. The link to my project is below, thanks for your help!

    Hey,
We are facing the same loss of momentum.
Our first 2 days were fairly good. But suddenly there has been no movement at all.

We are also wondering how to gain some traction.
It would be great if we can get some pointers. I've read the article Sal has pointed us to.
We will give some updates and maybe a contest soon. Hopefully that should help.

You can check out our campaign here -> kck.st/1oDq00L

    Thanks!

I also would recommend trying out Thunderclap to build momentum. You can basically use it to coordinate social media. Explanation: http://www.crowdcrux.com/use-thundercla ... a-traffic/

It's a free tool (also has paid options). Basically, you can create a Thunderclap campaign and have people pledge their "social support" and when you hit your goal (say 100 people) a single message with a link will be sent out on their social network. Basically it's free social media advertising.

    I'm doing a Thunderclap campaign now. See: https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/126 ... rs-succeed

Attached a screenshot below of the campaign. If you've found my advice and articles to be helpful, pledge your social support to it so that more people can find out about CrowdCrux and this forum.
