When it comes to men and sport, I do calisthenics / street workout for 4 years, and before that I was doing 2 years of gym exercises. And I also follow a diet. I personally try to eat something like 50% of carbs, 40% of proteins and 10% of fats. From carbs I eat mostly cereals (complex hydrocarbons), when it comes to proteins I eat meat, eggs, some milk products and fish, and I consume oil and fat from eggs for fats.
