dynamo pr has contacted my upcoming campaign. some how the gold ahold of the preview link. have they hacked kickstarter or something? I don't see how they could get that information unless they've hacked it. My partner who controls the budget wants to hire him, and he won't listen to me about the hacking. their name is dynamo pr and they claim to be a pr agency for a pr firm but i think they are hackers. how else could they get my preview link? HELP! NEED GUIDANCE! Are we being scammed here???

If they really hacked kickstarter then you need to disconnect your wifi until you can get a security audit. See if you can also get the assistance from the FBI for protection.

How do you know that they hacked kickstarter? This sounds so crazy and would be intense if true. I don't think a marketing agency is capable of hacking kickstarter though.

Are you sure you didn't just share your preview link to your facebook page or a public post on reddit or something?

Man I think you are confused. It would take some serious skills to hack kickstarter. Maybe you posted your project to thunderclap that one website where everyone posts their kickstarer campaigns too. you could have been doing some ads too that they saw, I know alot of crowdfunding projects run ads before they launch on kickstarter.

Would be funny if they did hack kickstarter though. Serious pwnage

As someone who knows someone with mad skillz like this, I can tell you without a doubt that these chumps don't have the muscle to pull something like that off. If they did, they'd be on the dark web raking in the dough and not on kickstarter emailing projects lolz

Calm down and stop being so crazy. No one has hacked kickstarter to send you sales emails

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. You think that because you got a message from your preview link that they somehow hacked the kickstarter platform? How are you even in business still if that is your level of thinking??

Thank you for reporting the kickstarter.com hack to the community. I will be sure not to forget this if I am to launch a new campaign soon.
