I want to make movies. I have some low budget creative ideas to start with, but I don't think I'd be satisfied if not rich (and maybe famous) in the not too distant future. Some people live for their art and think (or claim) wealth is unnecessary, but I can't live like that.

The first short I want to make is a b/w silent film (though it will be filmed in color with sound to make the final decision). A man's wife is dying so he builds a cryogenic chamber to freeze her until there is a cure. She dies before he's finished and he freezes himself and awakens 40 years later. Fast forward 300 years, the years is 2356 and the reincarnation of his wife is the only survivor of the rebellion; she time travels back to stop the chain of events that lead to this hell on earth to the year 2056 (his present time.)

My dream for 34 years has been to be a professional musician.
Meaning...to make my living by producing music.
I worked at this in Rock and Roll bands pretty aggressively for 15 years.
After years of Sex Drugs and Rock and Roll I discovered Meditation and Yoga to bring balance and Peace back into my life.
And just last year I found a musical project with my friend Shankari, who works at the same Yoga ashram with me, and now I have my Yoga and my music together. In a band called "The Ascendants"
Life has never been so joyful
I feel as if I am starting to realize my dream!!

My dream would be to create a small business where we could work together as a family. Family is very important to us and so is having fun. We love playing games and would like to bring some of our game ideas to life in order to spread that fun to other families and groups.

My dream is to become a singer, but I am on the forum for my friend whose dream it is to become a novelist - she has got so far and is doing so well - her publisher is crowdfunding her novel on Kickstarter (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/84 ... =discovery) and the process is really stressing her out so I came on here to look for ways to support her, but I'm beginning to think that MY dreams can come true to so I might just get on and take the leap into the music industry! But best get my friend to the end of her campaign before I ask her support for mine!!

My dream is to start a new game production company that focuses around community and possibility of game mechanics rather than graphical. I've only started thinking of the idea this night but I think if I get the support of people and the communities collaboration behind the software to support the games and the games themselves.

My reasoning behind this is to entertain and discover new ideas that can make people happy and have a new way and style in life.

The only thing I have got going for the company is the name, "Combo", This is expressing the idea that it is the combination of peoples minds and ideas into one project that everyone can experience.

My dream is to inspire young people about business. I worked on a project called BOSS and we taught kids from 6th grade through 12th grade how to run a 40 million dollar manufacturing company. These kids learned about r&d, marketing, capital budgeting and manufacturing. At the end of the 8 week course they would get up in front of a group of business leaders and present on how their company did in profit and loss and market shares. I realized that kids have a passion for business.

Another thing I realized is as parents we hold our kids back. How many have asked your child, what do you want to be when you grow up? A doctor, lawyer, nurse and so on. How many of us are guilty of saying things such as, "you need to go to school, get good grades so you can get a good job". Now imagine instead of teaching our kids their whole life to work for someone else we would simply change what we teach them. Lets ask questions like, what business will you own when you grow up, what will you invent, how many different business will you own. We teach our kids what our parents taught us and that is to work for someone else. I want kids to understand that they can work for themselves. It does not matter if you are born rich, middle class, or poor, it is your mindset that makes you stand out.
