What is your day job?

I currently am a supervisor at a walmart to support the family before that promotion i was a walmart grunt with i side security job where i did most my writing

What is your passion project?

My passion is writing all kinds of interesting stories mostly fiction. Fantasy, Scifi, or even a mix as my current project Devas is. I have written many stories over the years since high school but I dedicated myself to starting this as a comic and getting it out to the world. If i was able to find a artist to work for free i wouldn't of done a kickstarter but that has been a challenge

We are very new here so hello everybody.

DAY JOB
We are lucky enough that our day job is making board games. We left our job in advertising 2 years a go to pursue our first game called Linkee.

PASSION PROJECT
The passion project right now is our first Kickstarter game called Bucket of Doom http://kck.st/1uSTkle we wanted to take the plunge and try our hand at Kickstarter. Literally spent all of yesterday watching each pledge come in and cheering the name of the kind backer.

We are new to Kickstarter so any feedback on our page would be amazing.

Hi all! I've just joined so I thought this would be a good place to start!

What is your day job?
Until recently I was a patent examiner but it just was not quite right for me. So I have taken a break to work on my own idea rather than looking at others!

What is your passion?
Solving problems. I just cant resist! Another passion I have fallen into is helping bilingual children love their languages (so they continue to speak them). At the moment I am working on a kickstarter campaign which is for a product which aims to make life easier for little linguists by helping them make sense of the alphabet (a tricky thing to learn if you've got more than one language). The product is ready to go...I just need enough people to want it to produce it! So I am currently working on my campaign...so this forum is just what I need! Thank you!

My day job is that i am a power meter reader,
My goal is to eventually become an electrical engineer and take advantage of the kickstarter wave, i want to be the guy they send the prototype to, to make it smaller/complete the electronics, or hire to build the prototype, plus in general i just want to become a tech-wizard, but i look most forward to being a part of the startup scene if it becomes big enough.

As for passion project, i have a few. At the moment the most relevant is a website i want to start up, aus-fx, or some spin-off of australian special effects.
The site will be a web store and service, distributing otherwise expensive or hard to come buy materials and technologies at bulk prices, on user requests.
At the moment i run an ebay store, and i am already doing this on there, but not properly, i sell thermochromic pigment, before i came around selling at 75c/g it cost $2/g, the buyers were being totally ripped off! i wanted to make a roarschach moving inkblotch mask but couldnt because of the cost, to buy enough pigment, thats where it all started, that and also selling carbon rods which were literall being sold at 50x their actual value, wheras i now only sell at 3-5x and offer heavy discounts on bulk purchases.

In the end though i want to help distribute otherwise expensive or hard to come by new tech and similar stuff, to help out people at the mercy of a sellers market.

By day I'm a Latin teacher, but by night I'm a computer game enthusiast and creater. I've just launched a kickstarter for a Fantasy Tavern Simulator game called Fortunes Tavern.

Hi I am new to this forum.
I hope that I am following the rules properly
I am a Chef by trade. At the current time I am not working. All My time is going toward getting my project operational.
My project has been out for just under 4 days and I am a little discouraged by my performance at this time. I feel that consistency is the key. So I will just keep pounding away.
